Urban developer/preservationist Tony Goldman joined forces with innovative designer Todd Oldham to create South Beach's newest jewel, The Hotel, formerly The Tiffany Hotel. This marks the first time an American fashion designer has created all of the interior aspects of a hotel. Consistent with Todd Oldham's love of handmade details and lush color sense, the decor at The Hotel is a cozy mix of rich, cool colors and artisan detailing.
Originally built in 1939, by master architect L. Murray Dixon, today the hotel encompasses 52 deluxe rooms and suites, as well as a rooftop pool with panoramic ocean views. The Hotel is the newest member of the Historic Hotels of America, a division of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
Additional hotel amenities include complimentary beach chairs and umbrells, twice daily maid service, outdoor garden cafe, in-room products by The White Company of London, wireless Internet access, fitness studio, pool side cabanas, massage, pool bar, cafe and lobby bar, private dining room, room service and multi-purpose business center.
