"The hotel in itself was fine. the staff were however almost exclusively Spanish speaking with very little English. Normally this would not be a problem however one of the windows in our first floor bedroom fell out into the street and it was difficult to communicate with the reception staff.
The faling window which could have seriously injured (luckily it didn't) a passerby in the street below did not seem to cause any concern to the hotel staff,"
