"2nd stay here. Concierge and front desk offer great service; wakeup calls actually occurred. No refrigerators are available contradictory to advertisements. Supplies have slipped somewhat -- but you still get plenty of towels and cloths, 2 kinds of soap, shampoo, glass and plastic drinking containers, good a/c, decent hot water supply, and tv with serveral stations. If you are priority member, newspaper is furnished - ask if they forget!
Breakfast buffet somewhat limited but food is good and you get coupons for reduced price and a free drink. Parking lot is free and convenient to beach. Pool is very nice, with outdoor bar. Game room and gym also free."

"I think that this hotel was one of the friendliest that I have ever stayed in. We had a great room over looking the beach and all the staff seemed happy to see you and to help you. The fact that we had free safe parking was also a big plus. I have already started to recommend it to other friends travelling to Miami either on business or pleasure.
One thing might be of interest to you. As Europeans we would have really appreciated either BBC World and/or CNN International being on the television menu. Most of the programs we felt were not for tourists or outside visitors but for Americans."
