"It is a shame that a hotel conveniently located one block away from the Miami Convention Center could offer such poor service. The first night was imposible to stand because of the strong bleach odor that came from the restroom. Towels were old (need to be immediately replaced)as well as bedspreads. Coils protruding from mattress stuck in my back, making my night sleep unpleasant. Windows have not been cleaned in years. Floors and walls so thin that noise becomes a problem. Signs of mold in bathroom and wall cracks. Toilett cover and water taps need replacement. The only positive thing was the hot shower. Truly a rip off."
